After more than five years traveling the country and releasing music under the stage name of Phatchance, Chance Waters has decided to go back to his given name. Last night saw the release of the lead single and title track from his first album under the name of Chance Waters, Infinity which is due out later this year.
Infinity was first released as an acoustic track following on Inkstains Acoustic, an ep following his successful album Inkstains. Inkstains saw Phatchance named as the featured artist on Triple J Unearthed, Music NSW, SBA Music and Myspace.com. The single sees a compleat reworking of the original version. "the song's probably taken at least 80 hours to finish behind the scenes, not to mention the video etc." - Chance Waters. The film clip for Infinity has already had huge success with over 1600 views in just over 24 hours. Check out the film clip below and cop the single when it drops on iTunes later this month.
